  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Add the rice and stir for a minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
  7. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
