- 4 medium zucchinis

Instructions
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them into thin rounds.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the zucchinis to the skillet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- Serve warm.
