  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, bell pepper, and onion to the beef, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
