- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, bell pepper, and onion to the beef, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each triangle.
- Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
