- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a bit of spice, add some red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute turkey sausage for a lighter option.
