Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and toss to coat.
  4. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
