- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, hot honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and fill with the chicken mixture. Top with another tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Serve with extra hot honey on the side for dipping.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers for added crunch.
