Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with minced garlic and shredded cheese.
  6. Lay out the tortillas and place a handful of spinach in the center of each.
  7. Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture on top of the spinach.
  8. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  9. Place the wraps back on the grill or skillet for 2-3 minutes until the tortillas are golden and the cheese melts.
  10. Serve warm.
