- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with minced garlic and shredded cheese.
- Lay out the tortillas and place a handful of spinach in the center of each.
- Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture on top of the spinach.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Place the wraps back on the grill or skillet for 2-3 minutes until the tortillas are golden and the cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or onions.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
