- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, cauliflower, cooked sausage, cheese, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
