A comforting and delicious casserole combining cheesy broccoli, sausage, and cauliflower for a perfect meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, broccoli, and cooked sausage.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetable and sausage mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
