- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, broccoli, and cooked sausage.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the vegetable and sausage mixture, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use spicy sausage.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
