Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Add ribeye steak to skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Slice the hoagie rolls and spread butter mixed with garlic and parsley on each side.
- Layer the cooked steak and vegetables onto the hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
- Place under a broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
