- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 batch of Cheddar Bay biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté carrots until tender.
- Add the shrimp and crab meat, followed by peas, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring to coat.
- Slowly add seafood stock and cream, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in Old Bay seasoning.
- Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with Cheddar Bay biscuit dough, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- This pot pie can be made with a variety of seafood based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, consider adding some chopped parsley on top before serving.
