Instructions

  3. Add the shrimp and crab meat, followed by peas, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring to coat.
  5. Slowly add seafood stock and cream, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in Old Bay seasoning.
  7. Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Top with Cheddar Bay biscuit dough, spreading it evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
