  • 2 cups wild mushrooms, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  4. Stir in the parsley, thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cubed challah, vegetable broth, and the sautéed mixture.
  6. Add the beaten egg and mix well.
