Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter, eggs, and spices to the bowl before mixing in flour gradually.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough, spread butter, and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Cut the rolls and place them in a baking dish. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the rolls at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Ensure the milk is warm but not hot to activate the yeast effectively.
