Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chai spice mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, and chai spice.
  6. Roll it up tightly and cut into individual rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan and allow to rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
