- 500 grams chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
