Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, diced apples, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
