- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Fold in the diced apples, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top, then use a knife to swirl it into the mixture.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some cinnamon over the apples before mixing!
- Serve bars chilled for the best taste experience.
