Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a baking pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Fold in apples and cinnamon, then pour over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the apple mixture.
