- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold in diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use tart apples for contrast against the sweetness of the cheesecake.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
