  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.
