- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press this mixture into the bottom of the dish.
- In another bowl, beat together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add vanilla and eggs gradually, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it with a knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
- Top with whipped cream and extra caramel before serving.
