  • 4 large eggs
  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 3 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it with a knife.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
