- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 32 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it with a knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
- Can substitute other fruits like pears or berries if desired.
