Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in chopped apples and pour mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Allow to cool.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled bars before serving.
