- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold in chopped apples and pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Allow to cool.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled bars before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
- Serve chilled for a refreshing dessert.
