- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
- Start by layering the tortilla chips on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chips.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños as desired.
- Wrap the foil tightly and place over the campfire for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the fire carefully and let it cool slightly before unwrapping.
- Serve with sour cream and chopped cilantro on top.
