Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onions and garlic, and sauté until onions become translucent.
  4. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
