- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham, and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions and garlic, and sauté until onions become translucent.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

- This soup can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
- Top with green onions or additional bacon for added flavor.
