Ingredients

  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the ground turkey, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, and seasonings.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
