- 4 strips turkey bacon

- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground turkey, cooking until browned.
- Stir in chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding herbs such as thyme or bay leaves.
