Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the butternut squash in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Cook turkey bacon until crispy and crumble.
  6. Remove squash from the oven and sprinkle with cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Return to oven for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
