  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the bread into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper.
