- 8–10 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by placing buffalo chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing into each tortilla.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra crunch, add sliced jalapeños.
