- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and milk.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese and half of the green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add minced jalapeños to the mixture.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
