  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and milk.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the cheddar cheese and half of the green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add minced jalapeños to the mixture.
