- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, milk, and honey until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the turkey bacon.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
