- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mash the blueberries gently with a fork.
- Layer the yogurt mixture and blueberry mash in an ice cube tray.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the mixtures together.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Pop out the yogurt bites and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more honey.
- You can substitute blueberries with other berries.
