- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and top with blueberries.
- Sprinkle crumble topping on top and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh blueberries.
- Chilling the cheesecake overnight enhances the flavor.
