- 6 croissants
- 1 cup blueberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle blueberries over the croissant pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and blueberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared a night ahead; just cover and refrigerate before baking.
- Serve warm, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar or maple syrup.
