Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, blueberries, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in crumbled turkey bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For a sweeter taste, increase the brown sugar.
