Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the vanilla and almond extracts, mixing well.
- Add the blue food coloring gradually until you reach the desired shade.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- During the last few minutes of churning, add the mini marshmallows.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For a richer flavor, substitute part of the heavy cream with half-and-half.
