Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Swirl the cream cheese into the muffin batter.
- Pour the mixture into a lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
