- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
- Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for more flavor.
- Remove the steak from the marinade, discard the marinade, and grill your steak to your desired doneness.
