- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- Add the cooked turkey bacon and diced vegetables to the cottage cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
