  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  4. Add the cooked turkey bacon and diced vegetables to the cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
