- 4 croissants
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut croissants into large pieces and place in the dish.
- Sprinkle mixed berries over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and berries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
- Substitute any berries you have on hand.
