Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Slowly add the beef broth, stirring continuously until thickened.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
