Ingredients

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the beef sirloin and cook until browned. Remove and set aside with the bacon.
- Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
- Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
- Return the turkey bacon and beef to the skillet, mixing well.
- Stir in the sour cream until smooth and heated through.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve the stroganoff over the cooked noodles.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use half beef stock and half chicken stock.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
