  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add onions and garlic to the beef, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms, cooking until they are tender.
  5. Add the egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
