- 12 rice paper wrappers
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, about 10 seconds.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wrapper, add cilantro, and fold the sides over the filling. Roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Serve the spring rolls with Peanut Lime Sauce for dipping.
