  • 12 rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, about 10 seconds.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wrapper, add cilantro, and fold the sides over the filling. Roll tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Serve the spring rolls with Peanut Lime Sauce for dipping.
