- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 package rice paper wrappers
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the soy sauce, garlic, lettuce, carrots, cilantro, and green onions to the beef and mix well.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, then place on a clean surface.
- Spoon a portion of the filling onto each wrapper and roll tightly.
- Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

- Serve immediately with peanut lime sauce.
- For crunchy spring rolls, do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
