  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup grated carrots

  • 1 package rice paper wrappers

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the soy sauce, garlic, lettuce, carrots, cilantro, and green onions to the beef and mix well.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, then place on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon a portion of the filling onto each wrapper and roll tightly.
