- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Cook until the sauce is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked noodles or rice.

- For added flavor, marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
