A delicious and easy BBQ beef recipe perfect for summer grilling.

- 2 pounds beef brisket
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the beef brisket.
- Place the brisket on the grill and sear each side for about 4-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and brush BBQ sauce over the brisket.
- Cover the grill and cook for 2-3 hours, basting with additional BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the beef overnight.
- Feel free to experiment with different BBQ sauce flavors.
