  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and lime juice.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
