- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and lime juice.
- Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping.
- You can use other types of fish for this recipe.
