Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Dip each salmon piece in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with the sauce.
