- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with milk until thickened.
- Fold the banana pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- In a clean bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the banana cream mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- Serve with extra sliced bananas on top for garnish.
- For added crunch, sprinkle crushed cookies or nuts over the cheesecake before serving.
