- 2 cups crushed pistachios
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
