  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Drizzle with honey before serving.
