- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, egg, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour olive oil over them.
- Spoon the ricotta mixture over the chicken.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
